(Principal) is a licensed Florida Broker who has over 23 years of experience in managing his own businesses in Europe and the United States of America. Steve was involved in the start up of the International Petroleum exchange in London, England and his company belonged to the top three Oil Broker firms with offices in London, Geneva, Singapore and New York. His international experience and foreign language skills provides him with the unique ability to deal with different nationalities in order to complete the deals.
Troy Wolfe
(Principal) is a Graduate of The University of South Florida and a licensed Florida Agent. Troy joined American Business Brokers with over 25 years of successful business ownership in various entities including retail, manufacturing and food service. Qualifications include a Bachelor Degree in Small Business Management, experience in negotiating complex business transactions, proven marketing skills and a focus on professionalism and integrity. Troy has a unique insight in the specific needs and motivations of business Buyers and Sellers to facilitate successful transactions. He was previously licensed in commercial real estate and business brokerage in Pennsylvania.
Nick Chintakis
(Associate) is a licensed Florida Sales Associate with over 22 years of business experience in both local and regional markets. Owned, developed and operated several retail locations in different industries. Successfully developed commercial properties for end users and created a regional retail chain in SW Florida. Fluent in Greek and educated in both English and French.
